She was Part of 2013 Election when she appeard in General Election from PTI. In 2013, Zartaj Gull lost the General Election To Hafiz Abdul Karim. In 2018 General Election, She beat PML N Awais Laghari after receiving 79817 Votes and won the The MNA Seat from NA 191 Dera Ghazi Khan.
